Why Accreditation Is Needed

All media covering SSFF events — national team matches, the South Sudan Premier League, the National Cup, the Super Cup and federation activities — must be accredited in advance. Accreditation is issued by the federation in addition to, and in support of, registration with the South Sudan Media Authority (SSMA), the regulator for journalists and media houses in South Sudan.

How to Apply

Send a written request to info@ssff.ss at least seventy-two hours before the event you wish to cover, with the following:

  • 1
    Your details

Full name and the press card number issued by the South Sudan Media Authority.

  • 2
    Media house

Name of your organisation and an endorsement from your editor, producer or news manager.

  • 3
    Photograph

A recent passport-style photograph for your press pass.

  • 4
    Event & role

The event you intend to cover and your role — reporter, photographer or camera operator.

  • 5
    Contact

A telephone number for the day of the event.

What Accreditation Provides

  • Press box & media tribune entry at accredited venues.

  • Press conferences pre-match and the post-match mixed zone.

  • Photography and camera areas subject to venue capacity.
